Ban on plastic bags fails

The growing problem of plastic bag usage is still very much in the news, as recently mentioned in the Daily Mail which stated over 300 millions bags were issued last year. Our local newspaper, The Huddersfield Examiner, highlighted the attempt by Kirklees Council to ban plastic bag usage over a period of time.
Footprint Bag realised the problem why many reusable bags were not being adopted was down to practicality, compactness, style, convenience and durability. Obviously, cost is a factor in the current economic time, so Footprint Bag products are designed to address these issues and eradicate the use of plastic bags, at an affordable cost to the customer. What a 6 pack … Reusable Footprint Bags

New stock has arrived (finally!) and we are so excited to see the launch of the 6-pack at last. It was like Christmas come early for Hanny and I as we unpacked boxes to see the yummy colours. The 4-packs are ever so slightly more compact, which makes them even better for handbags. The hot pink version is really cute and the large footprint on the bags looks so stunning in teal.
There is even a cheeky “my 6-pack” version in ferrari red – maybe a great Christmas present for those guys out there?!!

Our photo shoot for the new stock is planned for this weekend. We have sourced a fantastic local female photographer, Lisa Dalton – who like us, juggles young children and work. Her ideas were really creative and we can’t wait to see how the new products will look in action.
